Martinique’s great grandmother was a residential rental property owner for over 60 years in Berkeley, CA! Her mother served 30 years in her designated position as a Real Property Administrator and Facility Management Administrator certified by Building Owners and Managers Association for the federal government and her father was a contractor with the Oakland Housing Authority for over 15 years.

Martinique attended Bishop O’Dowd High School in Oakland, CA and then went on to Howard University, graduating in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations.
